The core corporate culture of I-Mei is conservation and recycling.

1.		I-mei has already installed equipment for waste water treatment many years ago.
2.		I-Mei's red bean ice bars were changed to use paper package instead of plastic wrap since 1989. And all the ice cream series are using paper package today.
3.		I-Mei Environmental Protection Foundation was established in 1994. Helped to establish Wang- An Turtle Protected Area in Peng-Hwu and has been supporting the project since 1995.
